Privacy policy

Siri is responsible for the personal information used for this private sale. Contact me through the Contact page or the email address shown on the site.

The contact form stores your name, email address, optional phone number and message in the private admin database hosted by Cloudflare. This lets me answer your enquiry. Information needed to arrange a purchase and delivery is used to carry out our agreement or take steps at your request before an agreement. Other enquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in answering messages and managing the sale.

Stripe processes payment and delivery information when you use checkout. I receive the details needed to confirm and send your purchase, and share the necessary delivery details with the carrier. Email correspondence is also held by the email provider. Cloudflare and Stripe operate internationally; their privacy information explains their processing and international transfers.

Enquiries and delivery records are kept for up to 12 months after the sale or last reply, unless they are needed to resolve an open issue or dispute. Deletion is managed manually. If you previously joined a new-pieces list, I keep the email address and consent record until you withdraw consent; you can do this through the Contact page. No new-pieces signup is currently shown on the public site.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Browser storage is described on the Cookies page.
