Terms of sale

Seller: Siri, based in Sweden. Contact me through the Contact page or at the email address shown on this site. The listed clothes come from my wardrobe and my mother’s wardrobe; we bought them for personal use. I am listing a limited clear-out and do not buy replacement pieces for this group. Once these pieces are gone, there will be no further items from this clear-out.

Each item is unique, used and sold as described in its listing and photos. I describe known flaws; visible wear shown or described forms part of the stated condition. Please check the photos and measurements and ask any questions before buying.

Prices are in SEK. When checkout is available, payment is made through Stripe Checkout using the payment methods offered there, and the shipping price is shown before payment. If checkout is unavailable, I will confirm the payment method and delivery details with you directly before you pay. The buyer pays postage unless the listing says otherwise.

An enquiry alone does not reserve an item. During checkout, the item is temporarily reserved; the first completed payment gets it. If an item has already sold when your payment arrives, I will issue a full refund.

If there is a problem with an item, contact me with its name, a description and clear photos so we can discuss a solution under the applicable terms and law.

Swedish law applies. For a genuine private sale between individuals, the Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen) applies where relevant; consumer sales rules for business-to-consumer purchases do not apply.
